By using Blue Hippo, you agree to these Terms.

Blue Hippo provides AI-supported tutoring for Australian students. It is designed to guide students to think, understand, practise and improve.

Blue Hippo supports learning at home. It does not replace schools, teachers, official curriculum documents, assessment instructions or professional educational advice.

Students may use Blue Hippo for homework help, revision, practice, topic support, test preparation and exam preparation.

Blue Hippo does not guarantee particular marks, grades, exam results, SAC results, ATAR outcomes or school outcomes.

Tutoring hour packs are purchased in advance. Prices, inclusions and any expiry rules will be shown at checkout.

You are responsible for keeping account login details secure and for ensuring that students use Blue Hippo appropriately.

Blue Hippo must be used in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Blue Hippo may suspend or restrict access if the service is misused, used dishonestly, used unsafely or used in breach of these Terms.

All Blue Hippo content, prompts, systems, platform design, branding and materials remain the property of Blue Hippo or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
